Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Flair for use of the Flair app. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Flair.
1. Testing software
Flair is in private testing. Features change, break, and disappear. We may reset data, remove content, or end the testing period at any time and without notice. Flair is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Do not rely on Flair as the only copy of anything you care about.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and you must not have been previously removed from Flair. One person, one account. You are responsible for everything done through your account, so keep your sign-in details to yourself.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating Flair and showing it to the audience you chose. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already delivered to other users and any copies we must keep to comply with the law.
You are responsible for what you post. You confirm that you have the right to post it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
4. What you may not do
Do not use Flair to:
- post illegal content, or content that sexualises minors;
- harass, threaten, bully, or incite violence against anyone;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
- post content you do not have the rights to, including other people's videos and music;
- record or share someone who has not agreed to be filmed, where they would reasonably expect privacy;
- scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service;
- redistribute other users' non-public notes outside the audience they chose.
Breaking these rules can result in content removal or permanent account termination, at our discretion.
5. Other people's notes
Notes shared with you as Friends, Close friends, or Just me were shared in confidence. Screenshotting, screen recording, or re-sharing them outside their intended audience is a breach of these terms and may also break the law.
6. Moderation and reporting
You can report content and block other users from within the app. We review reports and act on them at our discretion. We may remove content or suspend accounts where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken. We are not obliged to monitor content proactively.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Edit profile → Delete account. This is permanent. We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms, if required by law, or if we stop operating Flair.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of Flair. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Flair after that means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
