An Instagram alternative for your real friends
How Flair is different
- No like counts and no follower counts. There are no public numbers anywhere in the app. The only social actions are repost, comment, share and private reactions only the creator sees.
- Every post is a 10-second video. Short to make and short to watch.
- Four privacy levels on every note. Public, Friends, Close friends or Just me. Friends means people you’ve added who added you back. Close friends is a list you pick, and nobody is told they’re on it.
- The feed ends. When you’ve seen everything, the app tells you so. Then it lets you leave.
- Messages only between friends. Direct messages work only between people who have added each other.
- No ads, and your data isn’t sold. Account data is stored in the UK. See the Privacy Policy.
Can I still post publicly?
Yes. Public notes can be seen by anyone on Flair, including in For You and Explore, and can be shared as a link. You just never see a like count on them.
Is Flair available yet?
Flair is coming to iPhone first, with Android later. Join the waitlist and early invites go to you first.
